Job Brief:
Are you an experienced Electrical & Electronic Engineer with a strong background in embedded systems, PCB design, and power electronics? Do you possess hands-on expertise in diagnostics, circuit design, and firmware development? If you have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience, proficiency in design tools such as Altium or KiCad, and excellent collaboration skills, we invite you to join our client’s engineering team in Abqaiq, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop electronic and embedded hardware systems, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Proficient in creating schematics and PCB layouts using CAD tools such as Altium and KiCad.
- Experience with microcontrollers (e.g., ARM, PIC, AVR) and embedded software development.
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, signal processing, and power management requirements.
- Design and integrate power electronic circuits, including DC-DC converters and motor drivers, ensuring efficient power management.
- Ability to build and test prototypes, including soldering and assembling components.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to PCB design (IPC Standard) and electronics manufacturing.
- Skilled in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other diagnostic tools to test and debug hardware and software.
- Knowledge of standard communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, CAN) for seamless data exchange between subsystems.
- Programming skills in languages like C, C++, and Python for developing and integrating firmware.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers, to ensure seamless integration and manufacturability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to devise innovative solutions under constraints.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or arelated field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic and embedded hardware and software design and PCB design.
- Ability to understand and speak English clearly.
- Proficient in reading and creating schematics, PCB layouts, andtechnical documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using CAD software, simulation tools, and basic computerapplications.
