As a key member of the design and drafting team, you will be responsible for producing accurate and high-quality technical drawings, ensuring compliance with design specifications, engineering standards, and project requirements.
Key Accountabilities
(For Both Roles, with task-specific focus)
Draftsman (ACS):
- Prepare detailed air conditioning system (ACS) drawings including duct layouts, chilled water piping, and equipment installation details.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to integrate HVAC systems into overall project designs.
- Revise and update drawings as required during design and construction phases.
- Support site teams by providing clear technical drawings and resolving drafting-related issues.
Draftsman (MEP):
- Develop precise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) shop drawings and schematics.
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure proper integration of all building services.
- Prepare and update drawings for construction, installation, and as-built documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international codes and project requirements.
- Support project teams with technical details and revisions as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of drafting experience in consultancy, contracting, or multidisciplinary projects.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with proven ability to develop models to Level of Development (LOD) 300 standard.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, high-quality drawings.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and technical documentation processes.
