Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and accredited MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team on major construction, infrastructure, and water projects. The ideal candidate will manage all quantity surveying activities for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, ensuring accuracy, compliance with technical specifications, and adherence to contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and review quantity take-offs for MEP works, particularly in water projects (pipelines, pumping stations, treatment plants, and utility networks).
· Review and analyze project drawings, specifications for accurate quantity calculations.
· Develop, update, and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQ) throughout the project lifecycle.
· Support tendering and bidding processes with detailed quantity and cost data.
· Verify and certify subcontractors’ quantity submissions and invoices.
· Coordinate with engineering, site, and procurement , Cost teams to ensure proper cost control.
· Provide accurate progress and cash flow reports to management and clients.
Qualifications & Accreditations:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred); Electrical Engineering or a related discipline may also be considered.
· Accredited by a Saudi Council of Engineers .
· Proven experience in MEP works within water and infrastructure projects.
· Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in MEP quantity surveying.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and quantity take-off software (Planswift, Revit MEP).
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
