Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced MEP Technician to join our facilities team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our buildings or projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical wiring, lighting, plumbing, pumps, and control systems.
- Diagnose faults and perform timely repairs or replacements of malfunctioning components.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of MEP systems for new projects or renovations.
- Monitor and maintain logs, records, and documentation for all MEP-related activities.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies.
- Coordinate with other technical staff and contractors when needed.
- Ensure tools and equipment are in safe and working condition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an MEP Technician or in a similar multi-skilled role.
- Technical diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing fields.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, tools, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work shifts and be on-call for emergencies.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Industrial sector.
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems.

Pay: ﷼3,500.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
