Job Description
Responsible for Implementation of the Document Control process to control the open projects documentation to prevent duplicate versions or uncontrolled changes and to keep track of Documents received from and submitted to client
- Learn to use tools, professional concepts, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job.
- Complete all necessary documentation to meet requirements of the application specifications.
- Assist with both office and on-site to complete the document cycle.
- Assign unique document numbers, distributing documents.
- Manage the document review and approval process, including processing document change requests and updates.
- Implement processes and tools, providing system reports, maintaining and updating electronic information systems,
- Maintain many projects at once, while meeting deadlines.
- Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
- Handle travel logistics for the team members.
- Submit required reports regularly and per request.
- Order Entry and Follow-up on Company Systems
- Respond to client inquiries, referring them to the appropriate concerned person.
- Immediate feedback for the assigned tasks results.
- Send/Receive Faxes and other external communications
- Follow-up on the on the issued and pending invoices, expenses, advances and other related minor accounting issues and communicates to the Finance Function for approval.

Proficiency in using DMS software (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum, or similar tools)

Familiarity with databases and spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Skills in writing clear and concise documentation Ability to create user manuals, reports, and project documentation
Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with project stakeholders
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business information system, or Management information system or Business admin
