Overview
Work with an international hospitality group at a premium café in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are hiring six Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) across all kitchen sections, including pastry, hot kitchen, and cold kitchen. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute dishes in your assigned section (pastry, hot, or cold) to exacting standards.
- Ensure mise-en-place is ready and stock levels are maintained throughout service.
- Follow recipes, portioning, and plating guidelines consistently.
- Collaborate with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.
- Support Commis Chefs and contribute to training junior team members.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years’ professional kitchen experience in a café, restaurant, or hotel environment.
- Strong technical cooking skills in at least one specialty (pastry, hot, or cold).
- Knowledge of HACCP and international food safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in high-volume service.
- Team player with enthusiasm and passion for quality.
