We are looking for a Deal Team Leader for AMECA region. Location is flexible within key AMECA hubs.
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and driven teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our business by leading and orchestrating deal teams from Business Opportunity Review (BOR) to Tender Transfer Meeting (TTM). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (regional teams, platforms, and leadership functions), develop and execute capture strategies, and ensure the seamless transition of deals to execution teams.
You’ll specifically take care of creating and maintaining capture strategies, negotiating deals, and promoting value propositions, but also consolidating lessons learned to continuously improve our processes.
We’ll look to you for:

Generating and maintaining a capture strategy for deals, including value propositions, target scope, and market/target pricing

Understanding and quantifying key decision-making pillars, including client needs, value drivers, and differentiation from competition

Promoting and selling capture strategies to both internal and external stakeholders

Guiding and orchestrating deal teams to execute capture strategies effectively
-
Managing the life of the deal along the sales process, including key milestones and approvals
-
Negotiating and finalizing deals, ensuring alignment with approved mandates

Securing advanced payments and Notice to Proceed (NTP)

Facilitating the seamless transfer of deals to execution teams
-
Consolidating and sharing lessons learned to enhance future processes

A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience in sales, business development, or deal management

Strong understanding of value propositions, market dynamics, and pricing strategies

Familiarity with contract negotiation and risk management

A certification in project management or a related field is a plus

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
