CRM Delivery Lead
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of CRM implementation projects — from the initial discovery and requirements analysis stage, through design and implementation, to final deployment and post-go-live support
- Close collaboration with diverse, cross-functional teams, including business representatives, IT architects, and external vendors, to shape and enhance the CRM ecosystem while ensuring full alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives
- Oversight of project task execution, with particular focus on effective management and coordination of external vendors
Requirements:
- Proven professional experience in a comparable managerial role for at least 8 years.
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, relationship-building, and the ability to work efficiently in an international environment embracing a variety of cultures and working styles.
- Preferably, in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, complemented by a solid understanding of the broader CRM solutions market
- Please note that this role involves a fixed rotation of 2 weeks on-site in Riyadh and 1 week remote. Ability to travel accordingly is required
