We are currently seeking a highly skilled Cost Estimator to join our team and support the tendering phase of high-profile construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-cost analysis and project estimation during the tendering phase.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to gather required inputs.
- Ensure competitive pricing strategies while maintaining profitability.
- Provide detailed cost breakdowns and value engineering recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in estimating construction projects .
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Solid knowledge of local market rates and construction methods.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple tenders simultaneously.
