Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and industrial operations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, with focus on production costs and raw material volatility.
- Analyze financial risks and develop mitigation strategies, particularly in relation to foundry operations, energy usage, and scrap metal pricing.
Financial Operations & Reporting
- Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting functions.
- Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations and international standards (IFRS/Saudi GAAP).
- Monitor working capital, cash flow, and liquidity to support smooth production and procurement cycles.
- Prepare cost analysis and variance reports for manufacturing and casting operations.
️ CapEx, Investments & Projects
- Evaluate financial viability of capital investments, including machinery upgrades, expansions, and infrastructure projects.
- Lead feasibility and ROI assessments of new product lines or strategic partnerships (e.g., international collaborations).
- Supervise financing activities including LCs, project financing, and refinancing plans in coordination with banks and investors.
Procurement & Supply Chain Support
- Partner with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure cost-effective purchasing strategies, particularly for scrap, ferroalloys, and consumables.
- Analyze vendor contracts, payment terms, and price trends to optimize procurement spend.
Governance, Compliance & Audit
- Ensure adherence to financial laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, government authorities (e.g., ZATCA, MISA, SAMA) for financial and compliance matters.
- Oversee risk management, insurance, and internal controls tailored to foundry operations.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and develop the finance team, including accountants, controllers, and analysts.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration with operations, production, and logistics departments.
- Report to the CEO and Board of Directors on financial performance, risks, and strategic financial initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (MBA or CPA/ACCA preferred).
- 10+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in heavy manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, industrial budgeting, and CapEx planning.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local foundry ERP software).
- Deep understanding of financial compliance in Saudi Arabia, including VAT, Zakat, and SAMA guidelines.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred for effective coordination with local and international partners.
