Kimpton KAFD Hotel is looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie – Asian Cuisine to become a key member of our vibrant culinary team. If you specialize in Chinese, Korean, and Japanese flavors and techniques, this is your chance to shine in a premier hospitality setting known for culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present authentic dishes inspired by Chinese, Korean, and Japanese culinary traditions.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes in the Asian section.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef on menu planning and innovation.
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are met.
- Train and support junior kitchen staff to uphold kitchen standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end Asian or fusion kitchen.
- Strong hands-on skills and knowledge in Chinese, Korean, and Japanese cuisine.
- Passionate about flavour, precision, and presentation.
