We're Hiring: Business Development Specialist
A leading Facilities Management company is seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist with strong industry experience. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years total experience, including at least 2 years in facilities management, maintenance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
Prepare and submit proposals and quotations.
Coordinate closely with operations and ensure smooth project handover.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
Minimum 2 years in the FM / maintenance & operations sector.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willing to travel across the Kingdom.
Preferably with previous work experience in facility management companies.
