Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. As a key player in our organization's growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, developing client relationships and driving revenue growth in the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Riyadh market and surrounding areas
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting and networking
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the local business landscape
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management
- Stay informed about competitors' activities and industry developments in the Riyadh market
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the Riyadh business environment
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office suite
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Strategic thinking and planning skills to develop effective sales strategies
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region
- Knowledge of local business culture and practices in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia
- Familiarity with the materials testing, engineering, or scientific industries (advantageous)
