Job description
Hiring a skilled Smart Factory Industrial Trainer for client to design and deliver hands-on training in Industry 4.0, automation, IIoT, and modern manufacturing systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on and theoretical training on PLCs, HMIs, SCADA/MES, industrial networks, smart sensors, IIoT, robotics, cobots, digital twins, and simulation tools like Factory IO and Automation Studio.
- Deliver training on smart factory tech like predictive maintenance and OEE; design custom curricula and assessments; manage simulation labs; stay updated on Industry 4.0 trends; plan lessons, evaluate trainees, and support upskilling programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, , Industrial Automation, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation or smart manufacturing
- Skilled in PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), SCADA, industry safety standards, and effective communication to teach complex topics clearly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
