Business Analyst
Please note that this role involves a fixed rotation of 2 weeks on-site in Riyadh and 1 week remote. Ability to travel accordingly is required.
Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements and functional specifications
- Analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements for IT development teams
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
- Facilitate process redesign to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and support strategic objectives
Requirements:
At least 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Fluent English
Communicative, easy to build relations, able to work in international environment with different cultures and approaches
- Experience in creating analytical documentation (e.g., user stories, use cases, BPMN/UML diagrams)
- Familiarity with tools supporting process analysis and modeling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and classic methodologies (Waterfall)
- Ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Analytical thinking, independence, and attention to detail
