Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Systems Development & Deployment:
- Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent product and process quality.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards.
- Facilitate the deployment of quality systems across departments to ensure alignment and compliance.
Manufacturing Quality Support:
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to monitor and improve manufacturing quality processes.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives for quality issues.
- Track and report on key quality metrics, including yield, defect rates, and audit findings.
Audit & Compliance Assistance:
- Support internal and external audit activities, including documentation preparation and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Ensure documentation and processes comply with regulatory and customer requirements.
Process Improvement & Training:
- Contribute to process optimization and standardization efforts across manufacturing operations.
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs related to quality procedures and standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with R&D, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout product development and manufacturing.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by ensuring quality readiness and system alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a quality systems or manufacturing quality role, preferably in a tech or electronics environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
