We are looking for experienced Program/Project Managers (10–15 years of experience) to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about technology, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects/programs, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define program goals, scope, and success metrics aligned with organizational strategy.
- Manage multiple related projects across business units.
- Coordinate project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
- Monitor program performance, budget, and risk.
- Drive governance, reporting, and executive communication.
- Resolve escalations and align individual project objectives.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
- 10–15 years of program/project management experience.
- Proven experience in large-scale program delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, PRINCE2.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello, or Smartsheet.
