Job Summary:
The IT Program Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all IT projects and programs across the organization. This role leads cross-functional teams, aligns technical initiatives with business objectives, and ensures successful delivery of programs on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of multiple IT projects and programs from inception to completion.
- Act as the main liaison between stakeholders, business units, and the IT team.
- Develop and manage program timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure consistent communication with stakeholders on progress, risks, and decisions.
- Identify and resolve cross-project dependencies and bottlenecks.
- Align IT initiatives with business strategies and compliance requirements.
- Standardize project documentation, governance processes, and reporting mechanisms.
- Coordinate vendor management, procurement, and contract oversight where needed.
- Facilitate change management, training, and adoption planning for IT rollouts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or Business (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
- Proven track record in delivering enterprise-level IT programs.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
