Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architecture Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supervising construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring that buildings are functional, safe, sustainable, and meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and technical drawings using CAD and BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to determine project goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Review and interpret design briefs, technical specifications, and building codes.
- Prepare construction documents, schedules, and detailed plans for execution on-site.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
- Resolve design and technical issues as they arise during the construction phase.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil teams for integrated design solutions.
- Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design or engineering, preferably in [residential/commercial/industrial] projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
