Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and organized records of architectural inspections.
- Collaborate with construction teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient inspections.
- Provide guidance on meeting architectural requirements during project execution.
- Oversee testing and validation procedures for architectural materials and elements.
- Ensure that architectural components meet specified standards and project requirements.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards on construction sites related to architectural activities.
- Identify and address safety hazards associated with architectural construction.
- Communicate inspection results to clients, project teams, and relevant authorities.
- Provide guidance on addressing any non-compliance issues related to architectural aspects.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, architectural codes, and emerging technologies. Recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of architectural construction projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience as an Architect Inspector, with a focus on architectural construction projects.
- Thorough understanding of architectural codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment.
