We are seeking a highly experienced Architect Inspector with a minimum of 10 years of expertise in architectural inspections. The successful candidate, holding a diploma in Architectural Engineering, will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of architectural construction projects, conducting inspections, and collaborating with project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of architectural construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and industry standards.
- Verify that work aligns with local regulations and project requirements.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the integrity of architectural elements and designs.
- Identify and address any deviations from approved plans.
- Create comprehensive inspection reports documenting findings, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of architectural inspections.
- Collaborate with construction teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient inspections.
- Provide guidance on meeting architectural requirements during project execution.
- Oversee testing and validation procedures for architectural materials and elements.
- Ensure that architectural components meet specified standards and project requirements.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards on construction sites related to architectural activities.
- Identify and address safety hazards associated with architectural construction.

Minimum Requirements:
