Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all factory operations including production planning, staffing, quality control, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to meet production goals and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of production supervisors and line staff.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage supply chain for raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor and control factory budgets and operational costs.
- Coordinate with other departments (Sales, HR, Procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing or Six Sigma practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of machines and equipment, and ensure timely preventive maintenance.
- Prepare production reports and performance data for senior management review.
- Train and develop staff to improve skills, performance, and safety awareness.
