As a Site Administrator for the Siemens Energy Mourjan Project, you will be the backbone of our Project Management Office, supporting a diverse team in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Your organizational skills will play a crucial role in managing essential administrative tasks, facilitating smooth communication with clients and partners, and ensuring the efficient operation of the site. By contributing to meaningful projects, you will directly impact the success of our initiatives and uphold Siemens Energy’s mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Management Office.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for Project Managers.
- Prepare project-related documents, including contracts and reports.
- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a multicultural office environment.
- Proven experience as an Office Admin or similar role in a project-based setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- High level of discretion, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
