- Collaborate with project teams to integrate commercial objectives throughout all project phases from conception to delivery.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, clients, and partners to secure beneficial terms and mitigate risks.
- Monitor financial performance metrics, including budgets and forecasts, ensuring project objectives are met and exceeded.
- Mentor and manage a team of commercial professionals, fostering collaboration and professional development.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in commercial management, preferably within the entertainment, construction, or large-scale projects sectors.
- Strong expertise in developing and executing successful commercial strategies and managing project budgets.
- Excellent financial analysis and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data.
