In this key role, you will drive strategic employee relations initiatives to ensure that the company's workplace environment is based on mutual trust, respect, and high engagement. Your focus will be to foster strong employee relations while managing complex issues to promote a positive organizational culture.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Oversight of Employee Disputes and Investigations:
Lead the resolution of complex employee relations issues, including disputes, grievances, and internal investigations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Provide guidance to HRBPs and leadership on sensitive matters and risk mitigation.
- Governance of Employment Contracts (Qiwa Platform):
Oversee the Qiwa contract management process, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and organizational standards. Develop protocols and monitor execution across departments.
- Employee Relations Reporting & Analytics:
Lead the development and delivery of ER-related dashboards and reports, leveraging data to identify trends, improve decision-making, and proactively address workplace issues.
- Offboarding Strategy and Experience Management:
Design and enhance offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures, to ensure a positive employee experience and to capture actionable feedback for organizational improvement.
- Probation Period Oversight:
Establish frameworks and policies for probation period management, including performance tracking, early intervention mechanisms, and managerial support to improve conversion rates and reduce attrition.
- Leadership of Day-to-Day ER Operations:
Provide leadership and strategic support to the Employee Relations team in handling daily ER matters, ensuring consistent application of policies, training HR teams, and driving continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in employee relations, human resources, or a related field, with significant experience in a leadership role.
- Comprehensive understanding of labor laws, regulations, and employee relations practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a results-oriented approach.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and mediation.
- Proficient in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
