Must-Have:

• 8+ years in financial services, with 3+ years in payments/remittance
• Proven success launching payment products in MENA, preferably KSA
• Solid grasp of Islamic finance in payment contexts
• Deep knowledge of SAMA, SWIFT, cross-border remittances, and digital wallets
• Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic skills

 Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
• Familiarity with real-time payments and international payment networks
