We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Riyadh, KSA. You will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic client engagement and by delivering tailored project solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fit-out, interior design, and architectural sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Conduct regular site visits, meetings, and needs assessments to propose customized solutions.
- Collaborate with internal design, estimation, and project teams to prepare competitive proposals.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are met.
- Track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, showcasing company expertise and value propositions.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity reports for internal management.
- Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience in the KSA fit-out, interior design, or architectural industry.
- Valid KSA driving license and willingness to travel to client sites and project locations.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, project cycles, and construction standards.
- Proven ability in lead generation, client management, and deal closure.
