Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in interior fit-out and architectural projects across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. A valid KSA driving license is essential, as the role involves regular site visits and in-person client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fit-out, architectural, and interior design sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
- Conduct site visits, walkthroughs, and client meetings to understand project requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimation, and technical) to prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new material innovations to stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Maintain up-to-date sales records, pipeline reports, and activity logs for management review.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the fit-out or architectural sector within Saudi Arabia.
- Valid KSA Driving License with willingness to travel frequently to project sites and client meetings.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, project lifecycles, construction processes, and architectural drawings.
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage key accounts, and close high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
