Your Day to Day
As a Recreation Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of all recreation and leisure facilities, ensuring the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. You will coordinate, plan, and lead a variety of recreational programs and activities, supervising a diverse team to deliver memorable experiences for our guests. You will monitor the condition of all equipment and facilities, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with all operating and safety procedures. You will act as a main point of contact for both guests and team members, handling any issues promptly and professionally, while fostering a positive and engaging environment.
What We Need From You
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
Previous supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or recreational facility
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to plan and execute multiple activities and programs simultaneously
Experience managing and motivating a large and diverse team
High attention to safety, service quality, and guest satisfaction
