Key Responsibilities
● Connect and align departments through transparent processes and shared reporting.
● Monitor documented operations to find gaps, suggest improvements, and track results.
● Build and maintain workflows that support the brand’s growth and safeguard quality.
● Prepare monthly reports that support leadership decisions.
● Manage people, resources, partners, and schedules to meet targets.
