We are seeking a passionate female Operations Manager (Lebanese national preferred), with a genuine love for dogs, to lead daily operations. This role demands strong people and pet interaction skills, operational oversight, and a commitment to safety and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all park operations, including guest services, facility upkeep, and team supervision
- Ensure top-quality care for all dog guests, maintaining safety and well-being
- Manage bookings, membership registrations, and customer inquiries
- Coordinate staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations
- Work with maintenance team to maintain park equipment and cleanliness
- Monitor budgets, revenue, and guest satisfaction metrics
- Ensure compliance with park rules, health, and safety regulations
- Plan and execute special events (birthday parties, training sessions, workshops)
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years in operations or customer-facing roles, preferably in Hospitality, or pet care events
- Genuine love for dogs and basic knowledge of dog behavior and safety
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities
- Experience coordinating teams and handling daily operational logistics
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings
