- Logistic Executive.
- 1-2 Years of experience in the KSA(GCC) in the same filed.
- Good in English.
- Bachelor Graduate with scientific background.
Description:
- Prepare the invoice for export from the warehouse and Vendor.
- Confirm the order with All Logistic and import team.
- Follow the order and availability with the supply chain team.
- Prepare the Price List with the Pallet Configuration.
- Prepare the Production list.
- Handling the Shipment and Required Documents for all Export Invoice.
- Monitor the Cost of the Products and update it on the System with the Price list Frequently.
- Follow up the Shipping details, payment and ensure to receive and confirm the order with exact time.
- Data entry for all Cost on the System.
- Follow-up Existing account statement and Payment receivable.
- Prepare the Exhibition shipments and required Exports Documents.
- Prepare the Listing Documents and Files for the New Customers.
- Follow up the near Expiry items and return the items on the time.
