• Table Management: Efficiently manage reservations and seating arrangements, optimizing table turnover while maintaining a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

• Communication: Collaborate closely with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service, providing timely updates on guest preferences and needs.

• Guest Engagement: Engage with guests to enhance their experience, addressing inquiries or special requests with grace and professionalism.

• Ambiance Maintenance: Ensure the dining area reflects Delano’s luxury standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.

• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events, ensuring all details are carefully managed to deliver a seamless experience.

• Proven experience as a hostes, with prior experience in a high-end beach club or a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and assist guests with confidence and professionalism.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality experience
