About the Role:
we are seeking a highly skilled Arabian Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations at our project, our flagship hospitality and entertainment destination in Riyadh.
This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and experience managing high-volume or fine-dining kitchens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all kitchen teams across multiple outlets
- Develop menus that meet quality, creativity, and cost standards
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and safety
- Oversee food preparation, portion control, and waste reduction
- Train and mentor sous chefs, CDPs, and kitchen staff
- Coordinate with procurement and cost control teams
- Ensure full compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations (HACCP preferred)
- Collaborate with the F&B and events teams for seasonal menus and activations
- Monitor kitchen equipment and maintenance needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the GCC, preferably in Saudi Arabia
- Proven ability to lead large kitchen teams under pressure
- Strong knowledge of international and fusion cuisine
- High standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and presentation
- Arabic & English fluency required
- Experience with Riyadh Season, hotels, or large-scale F&B operations is an advantage
- Experience in Fine Dining
