Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the execution of multiple development projects, ensuring alignment with company strategies and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts, working closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure timely project completion within budget.
- Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies to inform project direction and investment decisions.
- Engage with stakeholders—including government agencies, investors, and local communities—to secure project approvals and build sustainable relationships.
- Ensure all development activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to executive leadership.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging collaborative problem-solving and innovative design solutions.
- Regularly present project updates and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field (Master's preferred)
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in real estate development, project management, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale commercial or entertainment projects
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and risk management principles
