As the Associate Director, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and implementation of mixed-use projects that align with Qiddiya's vision. Your expertise will drive collaborative efforts across teams to ensure projects enhance the overall visitor and resident experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of mixed-use strategies that foster community engagement and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with architects, planners, and stakeholders to design innovative mixed-use environments that integrate seamlessly with Qiddiya's overall objectives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and market research to assess potential opportunities and inform project direction.
- Establish and maintain relationships with government entities, partners, and community groups to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives.
- Drive innovative design and construction solutions that prioritize sustainability and enhance the mixed-use experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in mixed-use development or large-scale real estate projects
- Strong knowledge of project management processes, regulations, and best practices
