Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Digital Delivery Lead (BIM Manager) to join our team! The BIM Manager will be responsible for the development of the client BIM documentation (aligned with ISO19650), support chain assessment, mobilization and BIM kick-off meetings, work process maps and the compliance of Appointed Parties BIM documentation and other digital deliverables following client and international standards. In this role you will get to work on one of the unique hospitality projects in the kingdom.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and workflows aligned with the client goals and industry’s best practices.
Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and digital delivery requirements.
Lead the adoption of BIM Level 2/Level 3 standards and ensure alignment with ISO 19650.
Oversee the digital delivery of projects, ensuring timely and accurate BIM deliverables.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration through BIM processes.
Manage clash detection, model coordination, and issue resolution using BIM tools
Establish and enforce quality control procedures for BIM models and digital deliverables.
Conduct regular audits of BIM models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for all BIM-related matters, both internally and externally.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to align expectations and deliverables.
Provide regular updates and reports on digital delivery progress to senior management.
Oversee the integration of BIM data with other project management systems and tools.
Ensure proper documentation, storage, and management of digital assets throughout the project lifecycle.
Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, Navisworks and Revit.
Is responsible for enforcing the Digital Delivery strategy, championing innovation, providing advice and support to both the client and support chain regarding emerging technologies, asset performance and operations requirements.
The BIM Manager will be responsible for the development of the client BIM documentation (aligned with ISO19650), support chain assessment, mobilization and BIM kick-off meetings, work process maps and the compliance of Appointed Parties BIM documentation and other digital deliverables following client and international standards.
The BIM Manager will conduct BIM Coordination meetings, digital workshops, lessons learned, inter-disciplinary design checks and monitor and track implementation and performance via Power BI and other online tools.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management from an accredited university.
Minimum 15+ years’ experience in BIM/Digital Delivery working with PAS 1192 / ISO 19650 on large-scale projects and infrastructure projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing BIM in large-scale hospitality construction projects.
Strong knowledge of building codes, and industry standards specific to hospitality environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Experience of working internationally (preference for KSA).
