Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the BIM Management team to deliver comprehensive BIM strategies tailored to project requirements
- Establish, maintain, and enforce BIM standards and best practices throughout the organization
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate BIM solutions seamlessly into project workflows
- Drive the ongoing development and optimization of BIM technologies and processes
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for BIM team members
- Research and incorporate the latest BIM advancements to continually enhance project delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in BIM management, including leadership roles
- In-depth knowledge of BIM software and tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks)
- Strong grasp of BIM standards, protocols, and methodologies applicable to construction projects
- Proven ability to lead and engage high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on collaboration

- Experience working in the Saudi Arabian construction industry is an advantage
