As a Cluster Director of Marketing and Communications, you are a key architect of the brand image. Your role involves developing and executing strategic marketing plans, overseeing communication initiatives, and ensuring brand consistency. With a focus on enhancing market presence, you lead a dynamic team in implementing innovative campaigns, fostering community engagement, and driving revenue growth. Your multifaceted responsibilities contribute to elevating brand awareness, customer loyalty, and overall market success.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase awareness, market share, and revenue across all three hotels.
- Lead, guide, and mentor the on-property marketing executives to ensure coordinated efforts and delivery of results.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, and online partnerships, to maximize direct bookings.
- Oversee content creation for campaigns, social media, PR, and sales collateral to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Collaborate closely with sales, revenue management, and operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns and promotions.
- Manage relationships with PR agencies, media partners, and influencers to enhance brand visibility in the KSA market.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights and ROI analysis.
- Ensure compliance with corporate branding guidelines across all guest touchpoints.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI-driven allocations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience in hospitality, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in five star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of KSA hospitality market trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
