Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Director with a proven background in luxury hospitality to lead the brand’s entry into the market. The ideal candidate will bring an elevated sense of creativity, deep industry expertise, and strong market insight to craft and execute a launch strategy worthy of Faena’s global reputation.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy for the opening and positioning of Faena Red Sea.
- Drive brand storytelling, ensuring alignment with Faena’s distinct identity and values.
- Oversee PR, partnerships, digital, and media campaigns to maximize visibility and impact across key global and regional markets.
- Collaborate closely with regional tourism boards, stakeholders, and luxury partners to enhance market presence.
- Manage pre-opening brand activations, launch events, and high-profile collaborations.
- Build, mentor, and lead a marketing team capable of delivering world-class campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in marketing leadership roles within the luxury hotel/resort sector.
- Proven success in pre-opening and launching high-profile properties or luxury brands.
- Strong regional and international media networks.
- Expertise in luxury positioning, guest experience marketing, and lifestyle-driven campaigns.
- Strategic thinker with a creative, disruptive approach to marketing.
- Fluent in English (Arabic an advantage).
