Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Director of Digital Marketing to join our marketing leadership team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business objectives for Qiddiya's unique entertainment and lifestyle offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with Qiddiya’s overall marketing strategy and business goals.
- Manage and oversee social media strategies, content creation, and community engagement across various platforms.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and ensure a high return on investment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, events, and public relations to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
- Lead the development of engaging content for digital platforms, ensuring it resonates with our audiences and showcases our offerings.
- Stay abreast of digital trends and innovations, ensuring Qiddiya remains a leader in the digital marketing space.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, coordinating efforts for digital advertising and outreach programs.
- Oversee budget allocation for digital marketing initiatives and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- A minimum of 7-10 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
- Proven track record in managing integrated digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience in interpreting data to inform decisions and drive performance.
