Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This unique role combines cutting-edge digital marketing strategies with a deep understanding of Holy Cities' significance and appeal. The ideal candidate will lead our digital marketing efforts to promote Madinah as a premier destination for pilgrims and tourists alike.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance Madinah's online presence and attract visitors
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Create and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across search, social, and display platforms
- Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine rankings and user experience
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI using advanced analytics tools, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and cultural sensitivity in all marketing efforts
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies, particularly those relevant to tourism and Holy Cities promotion
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to maximize marketing effectiveness
- Develop and oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management
- Demonstrated experience in Holy Cities marketing, tourism, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing strategies
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
- Deep understanding of Islamic culture and traditions, with the ability to apply this knowledge in marketing contexts
- Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Willingness to stay updated on digital marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly
