The Role
The Business Director is responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and strategic direction of the agency’s Riyadh operations. Positioned at the intersection of client leadership, team development, and marketing innovation, this role oversees a multi-disciplinary Marcom team delivering high-quality, insight-driven, and digital enabled solutions for a digital platform. The BD will lead client relationships, guide project execution, and ensure agency offerings remain ahead of market trends and client expectations.

Requirements
Strong leadership with a balance of creative, strategic, and commercial thinking Proven success in digital marketing, app-based business environments, or government communications Excellent communication and client management skills Fluency in managing cross-functional teams and high-output delivery operations Financially literate with budget, margin, and forecast management experienceexperience in integrated marketing or advertising roles, with a proven track record in client growth and team leadership Experience with digital platforms Fluent in Arabic and English
