Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Diplma in Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of proven experience in business development/sales within the freight forwarding industry.
- Strong understanding of international shipping, customs clearance, air, sea, and land freight services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English is required (Must); Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Valid driving license in Saudi Arabia.
Roles & Responsibilites
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- Manage existing client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and solutions to prospective clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of business development.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
