Role Overview
The Business Development Manager Medical Sector will be responsible for designing and executing tailored strategies to strengthen Company's presence in the healthcare industry, drive the acquisition of key
contracts, and establish long-term partnerships across the Saudi Arabian and Middle Eastern markets.
Ideal Candidate
A driven business development professional with substantial expertise in the medical sector, a strong network of industry contacts, and a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
in a competitive healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure strategic partnerships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and medical institutions across the region.
Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for healthcare, medical facility management, and medical infrastructure projects.
Oversee the preparation and submission of RFPs, proposals, bids, and conduct negotiations for high-value contracts.
Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with healthcare ministries, regulatory authorities,
and private medical sector clients.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to craft competitive, customized offerings.
Represent Company at industry conferences, medical forums, and networking events.
Achieve business growth targets, including revenue and client retention goals.
Lead and mentor junior team members within the business development department.
Report directly to the CEO.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
An MBA is highly preferred.
10=15 years of progressive experience in business development within Saudi Arabia's healthcare
or medical services sector.
Proven track record in managing and securing large-scale healthcare and medical facility contracts.
Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia's healthcare landscape, medical service models, and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English (verbal and written communication is MUST).
