Position Objective:
- The Territory Manager’s main objective is to grow continuously Getinge portfolio as a primary responsibility and to use all resources within the team to promote Getinge portfolio.
- Their critical responsibilities include executing sales strategies to achieve short and long-term Company objectives.
- The Territory Manager is fully responsible for the sales results within the assigned territory in Saudi Arabia.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Manage and coordinate the sales processes to both public and private hospitals starting from creating the need to lead qualification to successful deal closure.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of products.
- Create and maintain good customer relationships with existing customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Follow-up of customers and sales opportunities on a cycle frequency and with a structured visit plan to ensure targeted territory coverage.
- Assume ownership and maintain of territory funnel through continuous update and accurate information.
- Achieve annual/quarter revenue and profitability targets with accurate monthly/quarterly forecasting by prioritizing and qualifying available sales opportunities.
- Track, report and analyze sales opportunities with the direct line manager on a routine basis.
- Identify the list of all KOL's with respected opinion within the assigned territory.
- Ensure implementation of Getinge policies in all daily activities.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, developments, and new products in the market.
- Determine what is needed to advance sales of Getinge Offering.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, marketing events, conferences and seminars.
Qualification (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineer or any other medical related.
- Minimum 3 years related sales experience in Medical Equipment Sales.
- Ensure compliance with local governmental regulations and maintaining honesty, integrity, and excellent work ethics.
- Have good relations with main KOLs at OR, ICU, and CSSD departments to identify opportunities and strengthen customer engagement.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively, including covering remote accounts within the central zone.
- Ability to engage and communicate with internal Senior Management and other Business Units as well as with external parties.
- Results driven with a good sense of business acumen and ownership
- Strong interpersonal skills including communication, collaboration and negotiation capabilities
- Excellent communication, listening, interpersonal, and organizational skills; self- motivated and directed to achieve assigned goals. Fluent in English.
- Ability to independently set and manage multiple competing priorities
- Ability to travel extensively
- Ability to enhance teamwork and maintain a collaborative relationship with all levels of the organization.
