We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Engineer (Planner) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating technical engineering activities and project timelines. This role requires strong analytical skills, project management experience, and a deep understanding of engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using software tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather input for scheduling and resource planning.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to meet changing project demands and deadlines.
- Identify risks and potential delays and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and progress updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure project timelines align with deliverables.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Support the planning and execution of engineering change requests (ECRs) and design modifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering , Civil
- 7 years of experience in project planning or engineering planning roles.
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of engineering and construction workflows.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Immediate availability to join is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in projects (e.g., infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, etc.).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or engineering design tools is a plus.
