We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager - Cluster KSA to join the team at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh. Reporting to the Regional Director of People & Culture, Leading Talent Acquisition and New Openings in KSA, you will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment across all departments, up to and including Department Head level. You will also provide strategic support to hiring managers, contribute to employer branding efforts, and help maintain a world-class candidate experience.
What You Will Do
Lead the recruitment strategy and day-to-day operations of the talent acquisition function at the hotel.
Manage the full hiring lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build relationships with key stakeholders including business leaders, universities, and community partners to strengthen the talent pipeline.
Coach and support hiring managers on best practices, policies, and compliance related to recruitment.
Use Workday and other systems to maintain accurate candidate pipelines and hiring activity records.
Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment.
Develop innovative sourcing and outreach strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
Monitor and improve TA metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and cost per hire.
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in luxury hospitality or a high-volume recruitment environment.
Proven ability to lead recruitment efforts for senior-level roles and work cross-functionally with internal partners.
Strategic mindset with hands-on capability to manage day-to-day recruitment operations.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday is a plus.
Fluency in English is required.
