job Brief
The incumbent is accountable for overseeing the recruitment process by sourcing and interviewing candidates for the open positions. They are also responsible for the different portals that are used by the company for sourcing candidates.ACCOUNTABILITIES
Policies & Procedures:
Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.
Job Descriptions:
- Preparing and updating Job Descriptions.
- Ensure all Job Descriptions are developed, modified & maintained on the ERP system.
Applicant Tracking System:
- Maintain applicant data and update their status on the Applicant Tracking system- Taleo (An Oracle System).
- Updating the Recruitment sheet on a regular basis.
Internal and External Sourcing
- Advertising job openings on the careers page, internally, job boards and social networking sites.
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates over the phone for the open positions.
- Contacting and following up with different recruitment agencies to assist with hiring when needed.
- Attending career fairs to promote the company and attract new candidates.
Offer Letter Creation and Onboarding
- Raising Requests for Approval to Hire and preparing offer letters for new joiners.
- Coordinating with the IT team to prepare the needed equipment for the new joiner.
- Preparing “People News Communication” for new joiners and emailing it on time.
- Following up with selected candidates to receive all documents needed and organizing all documents received.
- Following up with the PRO on the new employees’ visas and ensuring that all the paperwork is done before they join.
Employee Engagement
- Work in the team spirit to support employee engagement activities for Zahrawi.
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement plans and activities.
Reporting:
Prepare periodic HR - Talent Acqusition KPIs Reports.
Support in preparing and compiling reports or data as requested by Zahrawi management.
Assist with all requirements requested by the Auditing team.
Note: Zahrawi employees must step into other work assigned to them as business needs arise and are not limited to the above.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ preferably in Human Resources Management or relevant degree.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant HR experience (with previous experience in recruitment).
- Job Specific Skills: Knowledge in Saudi Labor Law - Excellent MS Office Skills (Excel Formulas, Pivot) – Excellent communication skills & English language - Knowledge in recruitment sourcing tools & job boards - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting - Hands on experience with HR software (HRMS/ERP system)
Additional Details: Candidate should be Saudi National and based in Riyadh, KSA.
