We are looking for a Structural BIM Modeler / CAD Drafter with strong technical proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and prior hands-on experience in infrastructure projects, particularly highways, utility networks, and culverts. The ideal candidate will bring solid drafting and BIM modeling capabilities, with the ability to support accurate, coordinated designs in civil and structural works.
Previous work portfolio in infrastructure projects is mandatory.
Technical Skills:
- AutoCAD & Revit Proficiency – Skilled in 2D/3D modeling, element creation, and generating shop drawings (especially infrastructure-related).
- Revit Families – Ability to create, manage, and utilize families to meet project needs.
- Clash Detection – Experienced in identifying and resolving model clashes using Revit.
- Infrastructure Modeling – Knowledge of modeling highways, utility networks, and culverts.
- Parametric Modeling – Strong understanding of parametric modeling in BIM workflows.
- Structural Engineering Principles – Basic understanding of structural systems and relevant codes.
Software & BIM Knowledge:
- Advanced Revit Skills – Including shared coordinates, worksets, and federated model handling.
- BIM Platforms – Familiarity with tools used for authoring, coordination, design review, and collaboration (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360).
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in infrastructure and road projects.
- Proven ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio of previous infrastructure BIM/CAD work is required with application.
